1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing Foxcolab Notes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Zero-Knowledge Cryptographic Responsibility
Foxcolab Notes operates on zero-knowledge encryption architecture. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your master password and your Emergency Recovery Key. Because we do not possess your encryption keys, Foxcolab cannot recover lost passwords or restore vaults without your valid recovery key.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Foxcolab Notes to store or transmit malicious software, engage in unlawful activities, or attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt our underlying distributed infrastructure.
4. Subscription & Billing
Paid tiers (Core, Pro, Ultimate) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account console; your access will remain active through the end of your prepaid billing period.
5. Data Ownership
All rights, title, and intellectual property in your notes and attachments remain exclusively yours. Foxcolab claims zero intellectual property or licensing rights over user-created content.
